Wave blaster Chopped Seat

Looking for advice on doing my own surf seat .....I know I can make one that is effective, but I'd like to see what people have done and how to's. It will prevent me from making a mistake or 2. Thanks Guys

Is it as easy as cutting out the storage area and screwing the base back into the seat?

I understand you may think it's just easy but just want to do it first te first time. I'll check those threads

Deff do not think it would be easy, I have looked at mine a few times trying to figure out how to do it as well.

easiest approach is to pull the back apart and shave down the styrofoam hump under the vinyl and padding, then for length chop the padding, styro, & plastic pan right after the smc seat base or so and re-staple the vinyl. this will get you what most refer to as a shaved seat.

anymore you will take more effort and skill and most likely have to get re-covered.

best bet would be to find some blaster folks in your area and look over theirs and put on your ski for a test run.
