Waveblaster engine keepers

Location
Australia
Hey are there any 'engine keepers' or 'motor stops' out there for a wave blaster? They have ones for superjets here is Aus but I've been told they won't fit as the hull in the blaster is different. Does anyone run them in a blaster or just go with aftermarket engine mounts? Thanks!

Based on how they work, I can't imagine how hull design would really come into play. The keeper is mounted above the motor mount and the interaction of the keeper is between the engine mounting plates and the motor mount base plate. In the photo below (from google) if you look at where they are positioned its hard to imagine a hull design that wouldn't accommodate them. Now, if a blaster is anything like a raider, one side has "shims" under the motor mount, but adding keepers requires longer than OEM bolts anyway -so you would just have 2 of one length and 2 slightly longer... but from looking at pix of blaster engine compartments I don't see any reason why engine keepers wouldn't work...from the motor mount up is the same as a superjet, right?

Anyone who's rode a decent amount of blasters knows the motor mounts are glued to the hull pretty crappy.

If you donkey punch the ground with the nose. Hard enough to shear the mounts that keeper is going to blow right through the smc plate that is glued to the hull. I'd sacrifice the motor mount if I was you
