Blaster waveblater runnung away

ok picked up a sweet blaster for 500 buck just needs a start stop, but when i jump start it it runs ok for a good five seconds then it takes off like its pinned and i have to cover the carbs to kill it. could this be as simple as a carb clean or a hole in the fuel line ?

yep air bubbles in the fuel lines i guess ill have to get all new line

check your intake manifold gasket it happened to me
