Other Waveraider aftermarket help

Hi I just purchased a new 1996 wave raider 1100 and I have some questions for aftermarket parts. First one is what kind of aftermarket exhaust can you use on it? I couldn't find any. I was told the riva red pipe but I could only find ones for the blaster. Are they interchangeable? Any suggestions for other ones or where to buy any? Also what are the best mods for acceleration? Impeller, intake grate, bigger carbs, etc. anything for big acceleration and speed. Thank you for your answers! (I've been looking for exhausts forever and haven't found any)

You won't find an exhaust as I don't believe they made one for that ski...your going to dump a lot of money into that ski to do what yor talking about that you won't ever see again. So depends what you want to accomplish. Honestly you'd be better to find a gp1200 to mod. Lots more parts availability including triple exhaust.

Mods for your ski though would include...higher compression head, porting, bigger carbs and intake, lighten flywheel, modify Cdi/riva/total loss ignition. Pump/prop options

Lots can be done with what you got depends on your budget and final goals. If you want a full blown setup your better off starting wih the bigger gp1200 motor.

The waveraider 1100 is still a fun and quick ski...some simple mods would be head, stock gp 1200 carb and intake setup, lighten flywheel, mod Cdi and new impeller. Could probably do all this fairly inexpensive.

Just my 2 cents

Couldn't have said it any better. This is exactly right.

I dont think there are any aftermarket pipes for the 1100, at least I have never heard of one.

This guy says the one he is about to buy has a riva red pipe on it. I wonder if there is compatibility with any other ones.

The pic posted clearly says 701. 701 is 2 cylinders, 1100 is 3 cylinders. It is not possible to put a 2 cylinder exhaust manifold on a 3 cylinder engine.
