Be easy please we are all trying to achieve the same thing here. Aftermarket exhausts at a good price and also avliable when you want them. Copied from my face book post
Ok well let’s put an update on here. It may save 10 emails a day lol. I love you guys and I understand why you email wondering what’s up. Maybe this will drop it to 5. Ok well the header pipes is all done. I was not sure about one of the holes being very close to the side and not much under it at one point, I then checked the competition and it was the same as you can see in the picture. We have lifted the mounting bolt tabs to make it stronger in the flange as well as to give more material to allow you to big bore. Disclaimer if you hit it with a grinder it not under warranty. But there is more material than you are used to. The water injection screws are now a 6mm thread so you can put some load into it before it breaks as per normal. Please use antiseize but now you have a fighting chance. Suggestions quickly as we intend to run with this mold.

It would be great if Spring-Loaded T-Handled (or Thumb Screw) Adjustment Screws, similar to Carb Idle Screws, would work on the Exhaust Head Pipe Water Flow Adjusters.

Then there would be no need for Tools for adjustments, Especially for that Bottom Adjuster. What a pain to reach and adjust...
I have run the t-handle screws on my headpipe and they are awfull. The screws still stick and the t-handles hurt my fingers. I am currently using some with larger heads and I like them. I made a tool that makes it a lot easier to adjust the bottom screw. I like the 10mm head idea better myself. Even when they are working well it would be hard to turn those screws with your fingers.

I would leave the bottom hole fixed at .050" and tune the pump to match. Factory Pipe gave customers the option to make less power and strangely, everyone likes it..

I always leave the bottom screw closed because it's impossible to reach once installed. Plus I've noticed better throttle response with the top screw open. Seems to have a more dramatic effect since it's injecting water closest to the engine

Will the Wax headpipe use the same length headpipe bolts as a Factory Pipe?
No it uses longer ones. We had to do this due to moving the mounting platforms up. You would be very surprised how thin the factory pipes are in there. This is one of the things that took the time we had to redo the mold. I was concerned that if people try and big bore it will be so close to breaking through. If you grind this header pipes there is no warranty but we also don’t want to set people up for a failure
