Blaster wb-1 engine swap

so I have a 1993 wb-1 and im planning on taking the 701 out to put in my 1990 sn sj. so that leaves me in the position of putting the 650 in the wb-1 or i happen to have a 1997 waveraider 1100 (also yamaha) and put the triple carb 1100 in the waveblaster. my question is what unforseen problems might come up and was wondering if anybody has don e this
