excellent... until the pumpshoe broke and i had to pull off the worx intake grate. (ordered the new aluminum pump shoe already) It seems to like to have a full gas tank we were carrying a girl on the back through long no wake zones no problem.
nose sits hella low though

i've never ridden a highly moded wb1. but it is much better than stock.. even though i only rode it once b4 the swap occured. the wieght seems to make it jump more like a regular jet ski (it comes down level not ass first)

exhaust was a bit of a hassle and getting the motor in and out suck. You gotta slideit in PTO straight down then pivot as it drops down. I got the motor out of a decrepit waveraider so the electronics are on the motor which is nice (except that the electronics are always being shaken around waveraiders are legendary for ignition coils going bad I had to replace the "3" cylinder igntion coil.) my second motorswap ever and ne dumby with enough tools should be able to do it. getting the carbs on and off is easier with the motorout rebuild your carbs first i needed to go buy a set of shortie wrenched to get it off while inside hull. Oh yah stock spark aresters gets in the way of the fuel filter- buy after market spark arestors mine are tappered dont think the cylinder ones will fit easily

ok im having a problem that has stumped me with the waveblaster 1100 my buddy was riding it and after it had run for about 45 minutes straight and he killed it to talk to me; whenhe went to restart he got nothing no motor turning over no starter or bendix movement at all. check start/stop switch checked all wire coating checked batterey and ground connections. Im stummped thinking the positive ground failed on the inside? or internal electrical problem but all wires in the ebox look good (from what i could see)

any ideads greatly appreciated

I dont know much about 1100 but if it was a 701 I would say check the starter if the s/s switch is good

I'm gonna second the starter. The brushes have a tendancy to seize if they sit for any length of time. They will still work until they finally burn the gap open too much to jump. Sometimes tapping the starter housing will get the springs to push the brush close enough to work again but you are on borrowed time at that point.

so I went to the hardware store and bought a glass fuse (10 amp) which i put in to my electrical box even though it is technically too long and i really had to houdini the threaded head to get it to go on (but it works!) any body kn ow where i can get the correct fuses at somewhere "locally" like which chains carry those fuse varieties and what that variety is It says the brand is a "pacific" and when you look at a chart the correct sized one is an amd.
