Ditch the epic scupper. Flipsides scupper is swollen and rusty. Put the kind that you put in mine.
there has been an updated aluminum one already sent as well as a new rubber for it.
The guys at Epic are on top of their game and have resolved the issues without even asking.

I must say that I didn't think anyone had the ability to do what Sergio and Norbert have done, but it looks like you have mastered it and as we all know-Sergio is now out of the game!
It's great to see someone in the USA that can do what the crazy foreigners used to do!

Looks GREAT!!!

some movement on the build. Should have the top deck and hood ready for next week.
I also plan to clear the inside once completed for eye candy:love:DSC01582.JPG

Well, here it is finally, our first carbon Vision 3G. We took a long time experimenting and perfecting the infusion technique with the help of 3G composites inc. here in S FL. This hull is resin infused using 19.7oz carbon and some "special" infusion resin.
Once finished, we will add decals and spray some UV clear for the perfect carbon look:cool:

Hallo, we use for our infusion this PU-clearcoat. You can spray it with 1.7mm hvlp-gun and can work with your resin weeks after on it with no grindwork!!

We make our moulds from highglosspainted plugs with canubawaxed survace and canubawaxing the moulds. No PVA needed and you have a highgloss and 100% UV protected Carbonpart out of mould with work after demoulding;-)))

You save time and money with this

The new carbon vision should be rockin. 3G builds carbon parts to automobile standards. I've seen their work in the auto industry, then I saw the Vision carbon bottom and its the strongest I've ever seen in a ski. Some carbon skis seem a bit on the "thin" side.
