Its not gonna be what you think. The 1200 feels weak. Seems like its hard to get a good tune on the wdk stuff. not really sure that anyone has,an accurate base line .

I rode a 1200 in Florida that definitely didn't feel weak. However, everybody and their brother has a billet monster motor now so poor kids like me riding stock stroke, OEM cylinder motors don't have a lot to compare it to. I also ran a stock 66E with WDK wetpipe and powerbombs for a while that made nice power.

And your contribution to this thread is?

I would be curious to run one of these side by side with a billet SS 62t. Are the WDK motors ported? By who?

I think the handfull of guys who where actually doing something with these have left the forum if not the sport all together.

Whats nice about buying a dasa or scream is you get something that has been tested and ran with all kinds of different setups and you can make a few calls and get a real good baseline setup. With wdk you better know what your, doing or your just gonna chase your tail.

And you gotta be ok with relying on *that guy* as your only parts source.

wdk motors are not ported, but i do have a ported one that i havent ran yet. too lazy to install it. tyrant1919 rides with me all the time with his dasa 850ss. my 8mil 800 R&D pv motor hits way harder, but i'm running TL & novi 48s

Out of curiosity, do you know why JC doesn't port them? Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go through on his part for those big motors without putting any effort into porting.

You answered your own question?

It's not too hard to ship something either...
