Blaster well, that didnt work

You guys are probably sick of me by now but I just cant figure this damn thing out. getting no spark, tested the start/stop and also bipassed it but isnt the problem. OHM tested the cdi all checks out fine. Thought i found the problem when i noticed i was only getting an OHM reading through the spark plug wires when they were bent a certain way so i replaced the one bad plug wire where it was bad at the head tried it again and still no spark. next was to voltage test the stator while turning it over, tried it but i dont have a great multi tester and apparently to test it right i need one that captures peak voltage? anyways i tried the wires the dealer told me too with the tester i do have and got it to bump on the meter but no where near how high it was suppose too but that might be because i wasnt using a peak reading voltage meter. i dont know where to continue to now, im at a loss, nothing seems to be bad!!!

I spent nine months troubleshooting my first Superjet and I went thru all of the things you have, without the internet I might add.

I finally replaced my CDI and it fired right up and ran for several years without issue.

Why is it you have to start a new thread for every issue or part you test?

I would just find a local friend with a spare CDI unit to swap out if everything is checking out okay.

I don't know, just figured new questions meant new thread. I don't do this a whole lot.

Anybody have an idea where I can find a nice used complete e-box?

I think you will be much further ahead to pull your ebox, stator and start/stop off and send it all to JSS to be reconditioned. He can test and repair all the components onsite and bulletproof them to better than OEM condition.

It won't be cheap but you won't have any electrical issues for years to come and to me that's priceless.

Yeah ive heard good stuff about jss. Right now though im trying to save as much money as possible, dont have a whole lot.

It would be nice to test some stuff out so I can pinpoint whats wrong if I could find somebody else around here with spare parts but these things don't seem to be that popular here in Michigan.

Posted an ad in wanted forum for an e-box. I guess if something in there isn't the problem ill try and re-sell it.

To bring closure: bought a used ebox swapped out the cdi and fired right up today, the biggest boat ive seen on my little lake came out and made a nice wake for a couple passes for me and my bro, it was awesome. Thank you all for all the help and Sorry for bugging constantly.
