I have a wetjet pipe and was wondering if i can use it on a blaster if i cut the end off and turn it around, if so How is it held together i have the 2 clamps but theres no rubber couplar that goes between them, there seems to be some sort of silicone or gasket spray on it though

I've seen a B1 pipe made by Westcoast that looked very similar to the WetJet pipe (also made by Westcoast). Maybe that's what people have mistakenly referred to as a "WetJet" pipe in a blaster. At first glance it would be easy to make that mistake, since they are visually very similar.

it will fit you just need to put a little notch in the hull under the choke nob, in the bend for the footwell,
and the gaskets are copper oring things that go inbetween with v band clamps,, you could just fill it up with slicone and probably be ok or search around for a fat rubber viton oring and be good to go
