Wet Wolf cone for Mag pump??

Has anyone tried a WetWolf cone for a Mag pump? Does it have much of a power increase? noticeable? Or should i just stay with the stock Mag pump cone. Also knowing that i'm wanting all bottom and mid, top end speed is not a priority.

I used a WW cone on a mag and noticed a HUGE drop in top end, and a little extra low end grunt

thanks for the insite. I probably have the second or third pump cone size. This is an ex-race ski and was mainly built for top end. I just didn't want to spend $50 on somehting that doesn't make any difference. Anyone else have any insite?

you can bore your nozzle for the same purpose.

for $50 its a decent fine tuning addition.

Ive had one, with and without a bored nozzle.

its just one more thing you can try and it might or might not work with your setup.

I most definatly noticed a difference with the cone...

both in a stock, and mag pump application....

have tried it with and without a bored nozzle and could tell the differnce each and every time....


I vote yes on the stubby cone WW, wammer..whatever...they all work

I've run a wet wolf cone in a stock pump and felt a difference.
I run the standard Skat cone in my mag pump

These types of posts make me laugh. First you say the WW is junk and its the worst (or worse) $50 you ever spent on your ski. Then you follow it up by saying you never noticed any $50 part you have put on your ski. How can you tell anyone a part is junk if you cant tell any difference between before and after the changes were made? Maybe you arent the best person to be giving anyone advice on mods.
Some people can notice very slight changes in a ski. I could add a washer to rear of my intake grate and/or ride plate and notice a difference.
