Super Jet wet wolf cone on solas mag pump

Im running a 61x 760 with a 12/17 c75 and i switched to the atp stubby cone for solas and it made a huge difference, power is instant highly recommend it

so i just bought a solas pump for my 650... any tips or advied when installing ??? i may have a guy put it in for me, but i was just curious as to how difficult it is to build that pump... anyone have a link for a pump rebuild so i can get new bearings and everything too??? i would appreciate the help... still a bit new to the superjet world... But all i know is that superjets kick a$$

I'm tempted to give the stubby cone a try...on my setup:

- jetworks ported 735 61x/62t
- stock dual 38's
- EPIC ignition
- ADA head @185psi
- b-pipe limited w/ jetworks FCV
- lightweight couplers
- lightened flywheel
- solas mag

a Skat C+75 12/18 was a bit too steep and I now have a C+75 11/17 in there. It rips, but maybe there's more? This would be cheaper to try than repitching the other prop I think...

Still have the 12/18?

i have a 780cc w.a 10/16 and i don't think i can notice a difference with the wetwolf one made for the solas pump

Interesting. I have a 718 with a 10/16 so maybe i won't be worth it... Right now my pump is loaded slightly too much for my engine i would say. I almost literally never cavitate or "burn out". Does this pump cone decrease or increase that load?

Decrease load feels much snappier than with the large cone
