Wetjet 46mm confirmation

I recently bought a 750 small pin and was told it had a 46mm wetjet carb. how can I confirm this is a wetjet 46 and not an sbn 46.

wasnt happy with the setup and put my 44 on it and am very happy now probably going to sell it

I noticed the mounting holes for the intake mani are oblong like they enlarged the holes to fit below is a picture with with a 650 manifoldfirmation

I'm pretty sure that would be a Wet Jet 46mm Mikuni because the elongated holes. I bought an SBN46 for my Waveblaster and it doesn't have the elongated mounting holes.

Yup. That what you have to do to make that carb fit on a std manifold, or you do same mod to make a regular 44 or 46 fit on the wetjet manifold, just opposite direction.

No different than any other sbn 46. The wetjet manifold with reed stuffers is what's so hard to find.

100% wetjet 46 with the hogged out foot holes. If a 44 runs better, it's because the 46 isnt jetted right. Not that it would be much of an increase in anything anyway.
