Wetjet West Coast Pipe cooling line routing

I'm new to the forum ....had skis for some time here an there but this is my first time every modding one. I bought a wetjet pipe that was already cut an welded to fit in my SJ. I got the pipe mocked up in the ski right now. I've searched an searched an can't fine the answers I'm looking for. I'm running this pipe with a factory x racing head. The head has two water inlets/outlets on it. One towards back of ski an one towards front of ski. The pipe has one water inlet/outlet on the manifold , two on the head pipe one close to manifold an one right where it meets tail cone. The tail come also has two water inlet/outlets one where it meets head pipe an other at end where it hooks to rubber hose that goes to waterbox. I have two pissers on my boat and I am running a single cooling line. I am in need of some direction on how to route all my cooling tubing. Thanks

take some pictures and im sure someone can help maybe even me u should have water line going from pump to bottom of exhaust mani, the top of the head on the back side normally will go to the pipe and the other side of the pipe either out to a pisser or a flow control valve. and the other one off the head normally will go out to a pisser also

...chaos? Its Fair!
I would run dual cooling. Setting that pipe up is literally the same as setting up a bpipe other than you don't have adjustment screws you just have to just restrictors.

Here are few pics of the pipe. I know that the fitting on the manifold hooks up to the water coming in that's about all I know.
