Surfriding Wetsuit Thread. (good/bad love/hate)

I only use surf suits, 4/3 hyperflex back zip which is good for the fall, easy on and out and good sizing

5.5/4 ripcurl full suit I use in the winter and spring, a pain in the ass to get on but once it's on, it's warm. Coldest I rode was 43 degree water with 30 degree air temp and only my fingers were cold

For the hot weather here just use mystic sup pants. Protect shins and you don't burn up

I'd go medium, I'm 5'9" about 155 and a medium is good.

I've been told the size differences only refer to width from my surf shop, the length is more or less the same

I used to use a large when I didn't have my new one yet and it was cold, too big and you could feel the water pockets

about a year now. No issues. Got a locker full of race johns that never see use.

rode wavedaze with a 7 mill XL Tall BARE full suit. Love it, legs were just a big short as im 6'9".

Jp for me... I live in my wetsuit (apex) last year and it was deffently more comfortable then others.

Only reason I replaced it is cause I needed a color change haha.

They do fit small.
