I'm sure Lee had his reasons for not competing at World Finals but he has not left England although he does spend time in Brazil.not knocking the kid's ability but that is just a cop out.... because he didn't have one, he didn't want to compete against it? i agree he has the skills to do it be he must not have been confident in himself...
go back one or two years ago when he packed up and left england because the EJSBA wouldn't let him compete in i think it was beginner or novice ski stock the year after he had won the Am. Freestyle World Championship. don't get me wrong but if you win a world championship in any disclipline, you should not be running the lower experience level in another discipline.

That was the Busch World Cup Tour. 2 race classes, slalom, and freestyle all counted toward the points for the World Cup.Actually that would have been early 90's when competing in freestyle was part of how you got all your points (almost an requirement) so was running Slalom, and Mac hated it (freestyle)........
