What’s better a krash or Rickter hull

I’m a bigger guy 6ft 240lbs so I would need a slightly bigger than normal am hull the guys at Blowsion suggested the evo you guys agree?

I was told the predator is a kick ass ski and is similar to a Superjet in a lot of ways

I’ve heard soooo many people say this about various hulls (in a positive tone)... “The [insert hull name] is just like a superjet”. - I’ve heard it said about Rickters also, so that’s not meant to be a bash on Krash.
Why would you ever buy a hull that is 2-4x as much money as a superjet, and half the quality? I’m not trying to knock aftermarket hulls, but let’s be real. OEM’s have a lot more money and R&D at their disposal which in usually equals a more bulletproof product.

I agree with the folks on here telling you to try it before you buy it. I’ve ridden nearly every aftermarket hull on the market and I’ve hopped on quite a few expecting one thing, and experiencing another thing. Just my 2¢

though ive never ridden one to really have an opinion on how they ride but if i were to ever buy an aftermarket hull, id probably go with a rickter edge. to spend that much money on just a hull i wouldnt want to be limited on what it can do. the edge looks and is marketed at least to be a great all around hull for the lake and the ocean or river etc. it can flatwater flip, and carve as well as rip around in the surf and at the same time looks stable and comfortable to chase boats and ride around the lake. not many hulls out there that are capable of doing all of those things. obviously comes down to what engine combo you have as well.

My buddies rickter seems really nice it just trys to kill me every time I pull the throttle so I haven't been able to really ride it well enough to tell if I like it or not. Its just so much power is way beyond my ability so far.

Doesn't blowsion have a bare bones rickter deal right now? something like 3600$ gets you a bare bones hull with just gelcoat?

see if @Nsmith212 will sell you his hull. Your a bigger guy but the SV1 is very capable and fun on the lake. Easy to chase down boats. Hes semi local to you and as far as I know its still together and rideable

why not? ive seen a stock hull superjet with a 760 flatwater flip video is on youtube. theres another video of a guy with a modded 750sx hull flipping in flatwater. you dont need a 6k aftermarket hull to backflip, just need to up your skills if thats what youre after haha

This is what I imagine when people say they want an Edge as an all around hull so they can flatwater flip it.

Pretty sure something was said about this hull a while back being a full carbon hull, stock superjet would definitely not do that with that power plant especially. :)

haha i certainly wouldnt get an edge just to flatwater flip it but it would be pretty sweet to have a ski that carved and handled well at speed in choppy water that you could cruise around the lake and could flat water flip as well. im too broke to even think about putting that kind of money into a jetski anyways haha

Kinda leaning rickter

Not many of you are talking up the krash predator lol

If you want my opinion, never owned a krash but my best homie rides a krash footrocket that I helped build and I ride it regularly. Doesn’t compare to my glass xfs. and is in a different category entirely than my tigercraft. If you want to do flips on a small motor you gotta give up rideability and get a smal hull. You can come ride with us anytime you want we ride all the NORCAL lakes and the delta, but ride whatever it is you think you want before you buy it. All the hulls hold up fine you won’t break anything in half but stress cracks just hurt resale.

Rickter or Tigercraft mate. Rickter in my opinion are taking the piss with what they are charging for a new hull these days (In Europe anyway). Tigercraft are made in the states so maybe a good option. I'm not saying Krash aren't good though, The predator rides really nice just behind on build quality.
