Those look pretty nice to. I have an h2odyssey wetsuit and I love it. I've had it for at least 3 years now and it's still in great shape. I've also had my 3mm hyperflex gloves that long and they still look brand new. The whole palm and all the fingers have tiny hard rubber dots for extra grip and i believe that might also help with the durability.

I'd get some good ski gloves. I've had mine for 3 years. HO 41 Tail's. Thinking of getting some Radar Boa's for next year. Like said above, WAY better grip on the grips with these over neoprene. There's a lot of guys running neoprene's, but once you try some kevlar palmed ski gloves, you'll never go back.
