SX/SXi/SXi Pro what chamber is this?

I just installed it in my ski, its a PJs chamber. I need to tune the ski for it some how? any ideas?

Depends on what type of carbs it has. If its a mukuni go to mikuniusa.com and read the manual it has tuning directions or get a clymers repair manual for your type of jet ski and it will have tuning instructions and a trouble shooting guide .
