my goal is to make that race, i will be on my own since tami will have had the baby a few weeks before. we can share a room to save coin and you can always ride my backup :sneaky:

Hmmm, sounds like the consensus is in that this is a race not to be missed. Plus, my dream of a surf race AND my dream of racing in Sport class all in one? Hope I make it out of the weekend in one piece. This would be fabulous if I could race Women's and Sport.:hail: :biggthumpup:
My experience was the total oposite... Very Few Pros and mostly experts in Pro/Am Stock. In fact overall there just are not that may pro's left in this sport.
To answer the question, I am not sure. Maybe Pro/Am Open, Expert Limted, Pro/Am Stock. We'll see how the funds are when it comes to race time.
I do know that I have 18 races planned for the summer. The 10 Rounds of the Greatlakes watercross tour, Rounds 3-9 of the National Tour and The IJSBA World Finals... All of the equals a lot of expense in travel, entries, and everything else associated with racing. Now add mutliple class and...
Anyhow there is a lot of racing in the midwest this summer:arms:

Chris is going to run Novice again this year. He doesnt want to build a limited and there is no expert stock class.
I tried to get Patrick to let Donald go ahead and move up to Novice this year, given the new rule that they want to move him up when he turns 16 just prior to Nashville. They said he couldnt since he was 15. Waiting to hear back about if they are keeping the rule as is or change it.

Where are you going to race vet ski? I was thinking about racing that class a few times this year.

I will probably race a few locally, usually when the urge hits me. I would like to race it at Nationals, but don't want to wear myself out at any race where big points are on the line for Sport. Who knows, you might be able to talk me into it!

Are you coming to Lake Norman? If you do, and I can get a SXR to race, sure, I'll do it. But only if I can get Lee out there, too. He has the #1 sport ranking, so if I am going to be worn out, so is he!!!! Anyone have a decent SXR they want to loan out at the LKN race?????

Ooops, I meant South Carolina (Myrtle Beach). Blonde moment! I agree, Lee should run it to...that would make it all fair in the sport class. :smile:
