looks to small to be a Factory Pipe. I would say it is a PSI pipe.

but the image is terrible.

looks like maybe a blaster or waverunner mod chamber

its not a mod blaster chamber which is a centre outlet, the tnt chamber is a centre oulet also

I have never seen that shape chamber before. especially the way it dumps at the stinger. Heading straight to the side of the hull. Almost looks like it is out of something else.
