Didn't you already order?
Anyways, I tried a few and like my freak the best, but the Rickter FR2 was also good (for surf, too heavy for flatwater)

And to be clear: I am commenting only on those I have actually tried.

Flatwater freestyle = Superfreak Badazz.

It's not my first choice as far as quality goes but it is so much lighter that its kinda hard to beat.

I want to say Superfreak, because that does seem to be the hull of the moment.
But I really dig the XFS, carbon. I'm a victim of advertising I guess, but I was blown away with what could be acheived using a stock 701.

I've only ridden one aftermarket hull in the history of ever, so really anything would be fine.

I'm happy with my selection of a carbon freak, but both my buddy and I were talking this weekend, he has an identical freak to mine, and I wish I had the cajones at the time to get the -4.3. It is so incredibly stable, yet so maneuverable at the same time any shorter length could easily be made longer by a longer ride plate if you wanted to add some for different water conditions, in flat water or even moderate chop on the Chesapeake it's 1 1/2-2 feet on average you can run wide open all day long chasing boats. Tem has a real winner of a hull, I just wish I had more talent to showcase it better! I can wreck myself as spectacularly as ever now though!

If I ever get another hull, I'll be doing a lot travelling for test rides. I've grown so accustomed to my short hull that it's difficult to get on a hull that's normal length. The front just seems SO long. Hopping on a ski that has almost a full foot of extra hull in front of the pole makes everything really weird.
