What happend to the Dark blue background?

Sorry if this is a re-post, but I did a search and didn't find anything. When I logged on (which I haven't done for awhile) my dark blue background was gone and just saw the old style. Is that option gone?

You do realize both the light and dark blue themes were installed and you could select which one you wanted right?

meh... no eye doctor but dont your eyes strain when they struggle to see in the dark?

When I'm watching tv at home using the dark theme, I turn the brightness down slightly on my laptop and it's perfect.

If I use the light theme, I turn it all the way down and it still bothers my eyes since the rest of the room is kinda dim at night.

I don't see the Forum Skin under Edit Options anymore. Maybe I'm not in the right place under the UserCP. but I thought it used to be there.
