this i believe is a piece to rest your ski on when its on the trailer, but what I don't understand is then wouldnt the hole bottom get chattered against this instead of your ski on the bunks?

put some turn on it to protect the hull.

im thinking something along the same lines, far as i know they never said it was a protector just interweb speculation.

this is just a bottom protector to save the graphics on the bottom of the ski . like someone said before rick roy used to use them on all his competition superjets as well .

The cutout is to allow the driveline/grate/rideplate to be serviced while the rest of the bottom is protected from the stand it's resting on.

So all this flow guard does is capture the escaped water...? What ever happened to preventing the water from escaping in the first place? Looks like its going to cost to much for zero performance gains; besides I think it looks cooler to have a geyser shooting up on a sharp turn as long as your a$S is not in the way of it.. haha

also that bottom deck scratch protector should have more handles on the sides of it

Back in 93 or 94 rick roy had a mould of superjet bottom fastened to his tote so ski sat down tight . Also had the first footholds in his ski .
Looks like Solas has a new impeller in the works from a picture I just saw . The leading edge of blade looks like a boomerang .
