I want to change out the heavy stock pole for a aftermarket unit. what should i get? This is for buoy racing not freestyle. I was looking at the RRP carbon unit. Is that a good option?
Similar? Direct Copy.Jetsport Australia has their Jet1 hand pole as well. Similar to the RRP and is at a slightly lower price point. It comes as a complete kit, pole, steering assembly, grips, throttle, etc.
Similar?, Look really close, I had a hard time finding anything different. I have a hard time pushing a product that is a direct copy of a legitimate product.Very similar, yes. https://www.facebook.com/ProRiderMag/photos/pcb.3250353508331197/3250353478331200/?type=3&theater
They're tough to find and not advertised very well in my opinion, but I emailed them on it and they said it'd be $110 USD to ship it to MN. The kit is $1,495 USD so you're $1,605 all in for a full pole, steering, grips, and a PJS throttle lever. I calculate it'd be $1,750 for the same RRP pole (Billet Lite) assembly with ODI grips and a PJS throttle. So not way cheaper, but even shipped to the U.S. you could save ~$100. I'd be interested to hear a review on someone who may have purchased one.
