1/2" pvc pipe and in the hull a female coupling on the end of the pipe with a seal tight cord grip connector from McMaster Carr is how I did it.

Drill hole is the pump area and cut the end of the pvc pipe into a saw blade and rotate it through the foam pulling out a plug of foam. Then drill hole in the bulk head.

I did mine when I had the tray cut open.

Or call RD YOUNG at Youngs Performance 615 449 2373 and he will make the cable for you. Use Raider nosel, you have to.

that helps, how did you drill the hole on both sides and have them line up perfectly? I can only see using a long drill bit or something to go through to make sure the holes line up through the foam and all.

Pro-Tec sells a 3/8" drill bit that's 35" long for $18.95 and it works perfect for the job.

If you drill a hole over top of the pump on the left side and parallel with bottom of the hull it will come out in just the right spot.

Also they sell a stainless steel cable tube and rubber sealing grommets that work good too.

The bellhanger bits I found where like $35+ for the shortest one at Home Depot and Lowes. I did found a 18" 3/8" drill bit for $18 and when I drilled it I had about 1/4-3/8" extra. So the length to drill through the bulkhead is like 17 3/4-7/8".
My system is just like Marks, only I used the SJ reduction nozzle with welded tabs, and a chrome coated copper 3/8" toilet supply line tubing to go through the hull. The cable fits that tubing perfectly(the Terrycable SP-435).

Good luck

Oh, and I'll take number 1 or 2, cant decide...:Banane01:

you can use a spade bit and buy 2 extensions around 12 inches each wich will run you around 35 dollars and hold the drill level and start from the pump and your golden install the tube with 5200 fast cure or similar .
