What is the cheapest way to build a jet ski platform?

I have property out at triangle lake. I was wondering what is the cheapest way to have skis out of the water? I don't like the idea of beaching because I purchased a Kawasaki stx and I had to do a full rebuild because of sand. Any ideas?

Um... you gotta give us more to work with than that.... Depending on your budget and what you're willing to pay for there are many options that can be built or purchased. Is it just a grassy bank? Is there a dock? Are you storing temporarily (like a day or weekend at the lake) or long term (weeks/months)? What kind of ski are you talking about, standup, sit down?

PVC stand - $18

I have turf on my rails, and drill holes in the elbows so it sinks.
I dont feel like taking a picture of mine and uploading so I stole this from google...

It is a standup and a sit down. The sit down is a 3 person Kawasaki stx. The stand up is a Kawasaki 550sx. They would be out at the lake from June to August. My budget at max is $300.

Thank you. Do yuk have that on a dock or do you have it on the beach? The skis would be out for the summer. Is there a way to strap them on so they don't float away?

I bought an aluminum lift off of Craigslist that held two stand ups for $250. I'd keep a lookout there and snag a deal when it comes up. It's a total crap shoot, but deals come and go.

What do you do with this though?
It actually sits in the water? Is the ski anchored or something?
I would put it in the sand next to the dock then have a rachet strap hooked to the fence to pull the ski up. The ski is tied to the dock when I am there but I don't have a platform or a lift for it so I take the ski out of the water when I am not there.

If on abudget id just put some 4x4 in the ground and a 2x4 ramp with a wench. My buddy topped histrailer boards with composite deck board cut narrower 2.5"x6'and his skis glide like butter.
