What is the ID of rails/axle shaft on a Jetlift Cart?

Would anyone be willing to measure the ID of the material on your jetlift beach cart?

Specifically, I am interested in buying the quick connect axles and using them in a one off build. Axles are my sticking point, and theirs seem well made and have stainless bushings.
