What is the max bore of oem 760 cyl ?

Im currently at 86mm, I believe R&D sell a 86.5mm piston as well as Riva. I suppose you could go this big. It's just getting kinda thin at this point though.

yep. 86 mm on my stock sleeved 760 cylinder. I've run it off and on for over two years.

Wiseco recommends big bore sleeves on their 85.5mm and larger pistons.

The outside diameter of a 760 sleeve is only 88.78mm at the bottom and big bore sleeves range from 90mm to 91mm.

If you bore a 760 sleeve up to 86.5mm it's going to be 1.14mm thick at the bottom and that's only if the bore is centered correctly.

Pistons larger than 85.5mm cost too much. IMO
