Super Jet what is the max compression in stock sj 701cc

as in the title what is the max compression i can go in stock sj 701cc ?

pump gas ?

and

race gas ?

i'm using ADA head with 35 cc

I believe the max you should go on pump gas is around 185psi which would be 35cc domes. 33cc domes if you can get the good premium (93 octane plus). Anything squishier than that you should go with race gas.

Not 100% on this, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

im on 93 pump gas @195 psi get a good octane tester and check you fuel first tho

I've been reading that blue (that builds engines with/for jetmaniac) pushes 220+ psi on pump gas. He sets up the engines specifically for this, porting, squish and jetting.

im runnng 220 on pump gas. but its not a stock 701. 195 should be safe with carb tuning.
