The tires on my cart are 8" wide and they work good, they dont stay on top of the loose sand as much as the wider tires but they do work good enough.

I have 4 sets of these like new. Only problem is the steel wheel. They would need to be galvanized for em to last a while. Only other option is to buy some aluminum quad rims and slap the golf cart tire on the aluminum rim.

My last set of thin steel lawn tractor wheels lasted 2 years before the hubs rusted out.
I was going to weld in a new hub but it was cheaper to buy new and abuse them for the next 2 years.
