What is the trailer situation for the Freeride

Hi All,

This is my first WaveDaze freeride (have done Daytona)....and wanted to understand how it compares as launching the skis, trailering, etc.

I read somewhere on your threads that someone comes and takes your ski from your trailer and launches it for you?? Did I misread this?

Also, I did also read that there is parking in a garage across the street in a parking garage for hotel guests. What are the specs of this parking deck? I'm considering renting a uhaul box trailer to bring my ski down so I can lock it up at night...but if I can't bring the trailer into the deck I'm gonna fabricate a hitch-haul type product where I can just attach the ski right to the back of the truck.

Please let me know how the operation works...as far as daily loading/unloading of skis, overnight parking of skis, safety, etc. If this has already been discussed, I apologize for crowding the thread, but if you can direct me to the proper link i'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
Wood.

There will be an open parking lot across from the hotel to put trailers in as well as the 2nd st. lot that you will be able to leave them in also. Also, they will fit in the bottom level of the 9th st. garage.

You can drop your ski off in the morning at 2nd st. & Sunrise Cycles will tote them down for you, or you can tote them directly to the zone from across Atlantic Ave. at 8th st., where the moto-surf is centralized.

in honest opinion...do u think its easier to use the hitch-haul or uhaul box trailer? (keep in mind safety of the ski too)

thx...woody
