There is 2 white sticker things on the bulkhead, on each side. I poked a hole in one by accident and I can see the foam. The foam is dry, which is good. Is this from the factory? How should I cover up the broken one?

It's from factory, foam will get wet anyways, you can put some sealer like 5200 over it if you want

those holes are where yamaha foam fills the skis standing straight up off the assembly line. and then they use the million dollar sticker with years of R&D to cover it up lol.. stand the ski on the tail and fill them with epoxy or resin..
