i remember someone in the german jetboot.de forum wanted to sell a mold of a helmet with a nose web. i dont know if it is the style marc uses and who has built the mold. maybe you can call him...here is the link:

Norbert custom made that for Marc. I really wanted one since it has the most face protection... Plus people would thinks I was a phsyco....lol I ended up not getting one because you need a football helmet for padding and I would like something closer to DOT approved since I've had a ski hit me in the head. But man I still really love the look!

No, but there's a lot of DOT helmets that I wouldn't wear either.

The DOT doesn't actually test or even monitor the the testing of helmets.
