I have been riding a SJ for 14 months now and have just been doing a bunch of stabs in the surf. The plan is to learn how to barrel roll in 2010 at the least...but my ultimate desire is to learn a backy some day but will have to learn it in a surf stance because that's the only way I ride....I have reviewed in my mind 100's of times the techniques to do a backy and have watched many videos of same...What are your goals for 2010 ? What do you want to learn in 2010 regarding new tricks ?

I wouldn't even ride a B1 in the surf unless I could side mount it. You just need some good BRAAP and technique.

i hear ya. man i would love to have a go at a double but i got kids i just cant afford to be taking the time of work with a broken body
if i didnt i would be all over that trick like a rash
