Blaster What prop?

Recently picked up a 95 B1 with a B-pipe and GroupK hammer kit. It's pretty quick, but the bottom end could use use more pop for wavejumping and pulling me out of turns. It has a Solas 13/17 right now. Maybe a Hooker 10/16 or 11/17?

I have a Skat 10/18 and it has pretty good pick up.

Harry would tell you your prop is way too steep. Hooker 10/16 is probably too steep also. He can repitch your 13/17, or he'll tell you to go buy a tach and keep testing props until you end up at x rpm. I think he told me about 7200rpm for my Hammer in an SJ.

10/16 hooker. youll have the same top speed and more bottom end.

Skat 10/18 in mine and runs great, Hooker 10/16 setback in wifes and it does'nt pull as hard. Setups are close

I have a hooker 9/15. Very easy to pull me out of the water and sidemounting

Go with a Hooker 10/16, got one on mine it has nice bottom end, it pops the ski out of the water it I hit it at low speed. Didnt take anything noticable off the top end.

Is a Skat-Trak 14-19 any good for a stock blaster?
I really don't know much about impellers.... is 14-19 a top speed impeller?

I was running the 10/16 on my 96 b1 with limited b pipe. The engine was basically stock. 10/16 is a great prop!!
i didn't have a tach at the time but I don't think I lost any rpm or top end.
i will be putting in a 96 hammer in my b 1 shortly and was wondering if you are using the stock modified head or an aftermarket head such as an ada??
