No, but metal on metal isn't limited to 4 strokes. The crush reistance might be something in play with the piston to cylinder wall since fuel is mixed with the oil to do both jobs on 2 strokes, especially if there is a problem and detonation becomes a thing. Reaching sure, but maybe.

In a twostroke, lead is mildly abrasive, its not an issue in high performance applications . Lead is the easiest way to get the octane up.

I looked into this a bit. This is a pretty good read. Basically adding lead allowed us to continue to raise compression as we further developed the primary compounds in fuel.

E85 with ethanol specific oil in a well sealed fuel system

While zzylstra is probably aware and does this, if anyone else is going to use e85 make sure you check each batch of fuel especially if you are somewhere that gets cold during the winter. As E85 does not have to be 85% ethanol. Per the government regulations it contains between 53% and 85% ethanol, so if you tune the ski on a winter batch that`s 53% and then get a summer blend with 85% its going to be lean. Still a good cheap high performance fuel especially for boosted cars, you just have to tune according to the batch of fuel.

Always have ran VP113 mixed with 93 50/50 in my PHP898...never had any issues & tons of hours/gallons on the motor
