Super Jet What ride plate is this? OEM extended?

My buddy gave me this plate. He said it is off a SN. Says Yamaha on it, but it is longer that other SN plates I have, and has two small fins on the bottom. Is this just a stock plate??

I believe Westcoast Performance made them for yamaha.
