What shoud I offer for a 1991 Superjet w/ mods?

Well, I am really up in the air on what to offer this guy that has a 1991 superjet. Its is modded out pretty good, but with the economy and its winter. What would be a good offer on a ski with:

Ported and epoxied 760 w/ a single 44 carb? 150 - 150 psi
FPP - B-Pipe!
One-Way valve.
Dual Bildge's
Worx Intake and Ride Plate
Skat Trak Prop - Not sure pitch
UMI Straight Bars w/ steering
Locking Grips w/ UMI throttle lever
Both front and rear exhaust with "t"
Aluminum Handle Pole
Stock Hood w/ hand holds
Footholds
MSD ignition

What would you offer? The thing looks pretty nice!

I'd say thats fair, give or take $100. Start low, you can always come to a agreement somewhere in between.
What is he asking?

i am looking for a ski with mods like that in canada it would 2500-3000,if you dont buy it shoot me a phone number going to daytona in ten days, it sounds like a good deal if you got it for 1500 dollars, good luck to you

I think $1500 is too low but I don't think it's so low that you'll get laughed off. Like you said, with the economy and it being winter, $1500 is much more reasonable now. I would think come spring/summer that ski will easily go for over $2k. Even if you ended up settling around $1750, that wouldn't be bad.
