Good deal on that parts Ski !

I bought the part ski and it had a nice pipe on it and 44mm minkuni carb with westcoast volocity stack then it has a ride plate ang grate so worked out perfect.

Dude that was a sweet Deal you got for a 100 bucks !!! i got the Westcoast exhaust on my 89 X2 , But I'm still working on My Ski already Have over a 1000 Man hours on her , When i picked her Up she was a MESS !!! Most people would have said this thing is FFFFEDdd just take the good parts out.. But I love Rebuilding Engines and Bring them Back from the Dead i got a video of the engine on my page and got some new pics of the motor being put back together Feel free to check it OUT !!! :splatt:

Ya when I bought my ski it was mint. I had bought from the original owner and he has about 65 hours on it total since he bought it in 1990. I go it and bought that part ski and bought some parts from some local guys and I installed most of them but I sent the ski to Havasu and they installed the rest and tuned it for Loveland Colorado with the right domes and all that stuff. so It is coming home Sunday and I can hopefully take it out and ride it for the first time. My aviator pick is of it right before I sent it to Havasu so it is a complete sleeper, you would never guess it is moded out.

SO I did the block plate on the oil injection so I am going to run mix in it. I am thinking I will run Amsoil dominator race oil. What do you guys think is the best for a heavily moded motor? but it does not have any porting and polishing. Do you think Amsoil is the way to go? What do you think of royal purple?

I run cheapo Quicksilver Premium at 1:32. This is what X-Scream recommends for their beasts, I use the same stuff for my Superjet as well.

I'm running quick silver with premium at 50:1 @150psi.

I used to use walmart oil but I had a problem with water ingestion. We mixed walmart oil with water and same with the quick silver. The quicksilver seperated, but the walmart oil mixed and foamed. Suck oil.
