What sort of helmet??

Hey guys..
i ride motorbikes and have just started getting into jet sking and im after a helmet for jet sking...
i was wondering weather you can use a motorbike helmet for jet sking??
or does it get to heavy when it fills up with water??

I see alot of guys using motocross helmets for riding. I have seen guys use snowmobile helmets as well. But those tend to get waterlogged

i think bmx is the BEST way to go, but I just ride with a moto helmet. Honestly it's no big deal to me. If you're gonna buy a helmet specifically for jet skiing get that protec one or bell bellistic, but if you already have an mx imo it's not worth it to buy an extra helmet when you already have one that works!

yer i think im goin to try with the moto helmet first... then if its not that much chop ill get a bmx helmet...

I just picked up a Bell Bellistic and a Pro Rider. I'm keeping the Bellistic and sending the Pro Rider back because it felt uncomfortable.
