Why winterize, You might be able to ride year round there!
Run all the gas out of the carbs and tank. Charge Battery, Disconnect. Or, do like most of us. Just keep charged, crank up every month. But run the gas out of the carbs.

I park them in my garage and wait till it gets hot again. I don't do anything more then I do when I finish using them every week in the summer.

I would love to ride it year round but we just had a new baby and not sure I will be getting out anytime soon. I do keep the ski in my garage attached to the house. Should I add fuel stabilizer and fog the cylinders? Or just crank it up every month. I have the battery on a trickle charger every weekend.

Hose works, but getting a pneumatic vacuum extractor is awesome if you don't already have one.
Also, I like to run a line from the carbs to a little bottle of ethanol free mix to avoid carb issues.

I run non-ethanol gas in everything I own and have never had an issue. Three cars, two vintage motorcycles, a snowblower, boat, jet skis and all of my lawn equipment sits for six months or more and I've never had to dig into them due to fuel issues in the spring.

Good peace of mind to run stabile or seafoam, but it sure isn't a necessity.

what is the best way to remove the gas in the tank
You can get a hose with the check valve at the end. You shake it and it creates suction and pulls out the gas. You can also disconnect the fuel line going into the carb and disconnect the hose going to the check valve on the fuel tank. Take an air hose and blow into the check valve with a burst of air and it will pressurize the fuel tank. Turn the gas to reserve and fuel will start to come out. You can simply just put some fuel stabilizer in it fromthe company “stabil” also. Get the blue stuff. 1 once does 10 gallons. It’s good for about 6 months. Put if you use that you must not only pour into tank but start up and run on the hose for several minutes to let it try to circulate through the carbs. For fogging just remove the air cleaner cover and flame arrestors inside and spray fogging oil down the carbs, switching back and forth. Just blast for 2-3 seconds then switch. You’ll have to keep you hand on the throttle to keep the r’s up so it doesn’t stall out.
