What the hell is carbon fiber thing for?

Some how I came up on this in my collection of crap and I have no idea what it goes to. I searched the part number which looks like the westcoast logo? but nothing comes up. It looks like a guard for a dirt bike or quad.
any information would help.

I would guess it is from either an HX or from their Automotive side. Westcoast is no longer in the PWC Business, Last I heard they were doing work for Indy Cars (Composite and Machinework)

yeah... maybe but i got it at my jet ski shop. all we worked on there was Stand ups sit downs jet boats rhinos quads and bikes
