Reason was
THE STATOR, even though it was testing good. I sent it to John at jet ski solutions to get it refurbished - I tell ya it came looking new and working better than new
. thanks John. He said it tested fine without running also, but once he had it hooked up to something it was a total failure.

I put my old coil, and cdi back for now.
