what will swap over from sn to rn

I've used the same box in a SN, RN and FX-1. It worked fine in all three. What's the difference?

PS, why don't you skip that RN an buy my extra FX-1 hull and make it worth all the work? :stups:

There are several differences between a SN and a RN waterbox besides the SN being fiberglass and the RN being aluminum. The first major difference is the location of the entrance and exit of the exhaust on the waterbox itself. On a RN you enter and exit from each side. On a SN you enter from the top and exit from the side. The other difference is that the side exhaust tube from a SN will not fit the rear exhaust tube in a RN without modification. A SN is to small in diameter. The other problem with running a SN waterbox in a RN hull is the filler hose for the gas tank will be blocked out from the top entrance on the waterbox. You would have to modify or do and internal fill.
