I don't know where to post this so here goes... Sorry if it is not the right place.

Honestly, what does anyone think my ski is worth if I were to try and sell it.

96 SJ w/ Factory B Pipe, MSD Enhancer, Dual 44s, R&D Manifold, ADA Girdled Head with 160lbs of compression and Wiseco Pistons, Ported Exhaust Manifold, Dual cooling, Lightened flywheel, UMI –2 Aluminum Handle Pole, 24/7 Carbon Fiber Chin Pad, UMI Limiting Rope, R&D Ride Plate, R&D Intake Grate, Tubbies, UMI Steering, UMI 0 Degree bars with ODI grips, UMI Throttle, UMI gas cap, 12/17 Solas Prop, Reinforced hull, Wamilton Foot Holds, re-foamed and sealed last season, Hydro-Turfed, Dual Bilges with handle bar switch.

Here is a pic before the UMI pole and 24/7 chin pad.

$5K is maybe a good point to work from.

At least to folks on the board who can appreciate all the goodies. Not sure if you could pull that on Craigslist.

Is it clean? Structurally sound?

Yea, I doubt I'd try on craigslist if I were to sell it. I am still not sure but just thinking out loud.

It is clean and structurely sound.....

why sell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to put a price on it, but ask yourself this, what would it be worth if you were buying it??

No desire to ride this year... I haven't been out once and only started the ski. I am thinking of getting a nicer pontoon and about getting back into biking. Snowmobiling burnt me out this winter.

Its hard to say what it would be worth if I were buying it. I have an idea what it is worth but it is hard to price tag on blood, sweat and tears.

i'd hold on to it.. you prob would not lose much value if any, if you held onto it for another year..

there are too many peeps on here that say they regretted selling their standups....

If its sitting around is one thing, but needing the cash is something else.

sorry vultures thats my opinion

Are you crazy!!! I love that ski... I had to stare @ it the entire winter 2007 while powder fixed my boats. Dont sell it!

Imagine if you had to ride the 440 (of death) again!

HA! I dunno... I know I would regret it but I haven't been out once this year. Maybe once I get out there and ride it I'll change my mind. I just gotta make it a point to get out there soon.

I got passed my moment of weakness and realized I'd regret it if I sold it. I just bought a brand new pontoon boat so I'll have to make time for the SJ. If I don't use it as much at least it will still be waiting for me.

I'll be in touch John... I need to get out there and ride.

Dude, don't sell. I sold a sweet 2000 back in september. I ended up selling in haste for reasons of not riding it enough. By the middle of winter I was already missing it. Give it at least a year to think about it. Believe me, I regret every minute of it.
