The water is not glowing or anything like that. Since there is a nuke plant there by law the lake has to stay a certain level, which is not far from full pool. So that means the lakes above and below Keowee get short changed.

i rode all summer even when it was at its lowest point and didnt have a problem,still plenty of boats out all summer long just have to ride the main areas.

yea the lake is still really low, but like you, me and a few others got out almost daily during season and there was still plenty of action from boats, etc

hopefully by march/april the water level will be up 10 or so more feet if the rain keeps up like it is.

Cool, my 550 should be together soon so i can make it up there for a few trips probably, if i can get a SJ soon ill definitely try to make it to the memorial day or july 4th ride.

Well i just found out im working memorial day, and ill be in daytona for the 4th so i cant make either. But i did buy a fx1 up at lanier the other day, the lake still looks low, but its not near as bad as when i bought my 550 from up there last year
