whats this worth ?

i have a offer on a square nose superjet
hull has some major fiberglass issues (nose missing,back of the ski is stressed ) but has tubbie 2s footholds,hd scupper and a round pole on it.
motor (siezed at crank i think) 61x/61x cylinder ported by jetskimechanic, tabor bore 44carb, and all the electronics dodads from jss with msd.faily new prop. he is keeping the b-pipe so a complete ski minus pipe

its hard to figure out
hull has money in it with good parts but needs alot of work
motor has money into it but its seized

Boat soounds like it needs major work. There's no way to know how bad the motor is.
