it's not the turnaround time that bugged me, It's the lack of communication and no true estimate before the work was performed.Wow sorry to hear that you were unhappy. I have had nothing but good things from dealing with Impros and Dave. Been dealing with him for years and bought tons of props, pumps, mag pumps, repairs and other services with no problems. This time of year he does get busy and turn around isn't as fast as it wold be in say the middle of the winter but I have never had anything like that.
I know you were going through your buddy account but did you ever email or talk to Impros direct with your concerns?
